**At Makeup By Mari, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!**

 

**Eligibility for Returns:**

- Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

 

**How to Initiate a Return:**

1. **Contact Us:** Email our customer service team at mari@makeupbymari.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. **Approval:** Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

3. **Shipping:** Send the product back using the provided label. Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

 

**Refunds:**

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

**Exchanges:**

- If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it. Contact us at mari@makeupbymari.com to arrange an exchange.

 

**Return Shipping Costs:**

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

 

**Additional Information:**

- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
